During the warranty period: all defects and failures of products and equipment caused by design, materials and manufacturing shall be solved by our company in the first time (including the replacement of parts involved).
If the equipment is damaged due to the customer's own reasons (poor management, improper maintenance, illegal operation, etc.) or force majeure, the Contractor shall also actively cooperate with the ordering party to solve the problem, and the service and accessories shall be charged at the cost price.
Beyond the warranty period: our company also provides long-term after-sales service. We will respond within 4 hours after receiving the notice to help the ordering party solve the problem in time. If we need to go to the site for service, the personnel will arrive at the site within 36 hours. The service and the accessories provided are charged at the preferential cost.
System upgrade: within 3 years from the date of equipment handover, if the control software of electrical system needs to be upgraded, Quanjinhe company is responsible for upgrading.
